I am very pleased in surprising ways, where I was concerned about cable concealment, they quickly suggested a solution that was both cost effective and attractive. For the soundbar, they offered a floating mount. James suggested a perfect place on the wall and illustrated it visually before installation. Could I have found these solutions and installed this on my own? Possibly with help. But why risk a costly mistake and the appearance of shoddy workmanship? From the start to the finish, H2 Audio Video came up with cost effective suggestions and responsive service. James had the sort of can-do attitude combined with clear communications. It's the sort of outfit that I'd run if I were in that business! Any thing that could be better? There's no way to prevent stock shortages or wear and tear on delivery trucks. James will be back in a weeks time to deliver stands for the rear speakers and remove some packaging. Life's rarely perfect. :-) My only regret is not having used H2 sooner.
